Identity, UI and concept work to help communicate the CEO’s new direction, an operating system for gardens.

I planned and facilitated a design sprint within the product team on what we could achieve with the data, tools and systems already at our disposal in the existing B2B platform, the VCMS.

As a group, we were able to reposition the VCMS as a more useful tool for Public Garden management, providing a single interface for our clients and giving them actionable insights based on their visitors and business.

This was then used as starting point for a hackathon, working within the product teams to build a functioning prototype in a week.
